About Us

Dancetime was established as a charity in March 2006. We are supported by Glasgow City Council, Children in Need and Culture and Sport Glasgow.

We teach line, pro-am (cha-cha, eastcoast swing, etc) and hip hop. Technique and styling are also taught. Dancetime is open to all ages and gender.

We fundraise to pay for workshops hosted by professionals, competitions and costumes for pupils. We like to get involved in local activities, and enjoy organising a dance concert for the local community once a year.

Main Aims

To provide learning and opportunities through dance. To promote dance to the disadvantaged in our communities and to encourage people to participate in dance activities.
